Welcome to TCG Guilds! By registering an account, accessing the platform, or subscribing to our Premium services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- TCG Guilds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or engage in malicious activities.
2. Community and Guild Conduct
- TCG Guilds is a platform for Trading Card Game communities. Harassment, hate speech, or abuse towards other players or Guild Administrators will not be tolerated.
- Guild Administrators have the right to manage their own guild memberships, shops, and rules. TCG Guilds does not directly intervene in internal guild disputes unless platform-wide rules are violated.
3. Virtual Economy and Items
- "Essence," virtual shop items, "Proxies," and "In Game Items" hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
- TCG Guilds is not responsible for the loss of virtual currency or items due to player actions, guild administrator revocations, or leaving a guild.
4. Deck Data and Intellectual Property
- Decklists and user-generated content submitted to the site remain your property, but you grant TCG Guilds a license to display and format this data within the platform.
- Card images, names, and symbols referenced on this site belong to their respective copyright holders (e.g., Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Konami, Disney). TCG Guilds is entirely unofficial and is not endorsed by these entities.
5. Premium Subscriptions
- Premium features (such as custom images, expanded guild limits, and advanced shop items) require an active subscription.
- Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle date.
- Refunds for Premium subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for partial billing periods.
6. Service Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, TCG Guilds is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any data loss, tournament interruptions, or missing deck information resulting from server downtime or updates.
7. Changes to Terms
TCG Guilds reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
